Our client is seeking candidates for a position of Director of Investments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, in developing investment recommendations.
The Director's primary responsibility is to lead in the analysis and execution of investment opportunities throughout the firm's areas of expertise, while maintaining a disciplined focus on capital preservation.
Some responsibilities include, but not limited to;
-Evaluate attractive public private equity opportunities, drive negotiations with seller, and execute transactions -Drive analysis of public equity investment opportunities -Support real estate investment decision-making process with team members through analysis of macro trends and deal economics -Support existing portfolio companies by helping to identify and resolve strategic issues -Build organizational capabilities, tools and processes to support decision-making
- Must have experience in Public equity Markets and direct Investments
