The ideal candidate will be will be participating and assisting in all transactions related to Corporate Finance. These include cross border Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Capital Raising and Restructuring.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for quantitative financial analysis and qualitative document issues related to execution of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions

• Preparation of pitch books for presentations

• Information gathering and industry research

• Perform valuations and financial analysis

• Assist senior managers in due diligence processes

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MBA a Plus

• 3 -5 years experience in the Corporate Finance industry, Investment Banking area

• Understanding of rules and regulations regarding dealing with US Corporate clients

• Good communication skills both verbal and written

• Excellent analytical and presentation  skills

• Must be able to work under pressure

• Bilingual, Spanish/English a PLUS

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools
