Your responsibilities will cover dealing, settlement, reporting and registrationand you will be in charge of :
managing the day to day TA operations
maintaining TA client operational service quality and strategic planning
devising and implementing procedural changes to enhance work flow, speed up processes and improve controls
clients' reporting, dealing, cash processing and fees
internal and external audit management
managing, motivating and developing your team
As this is a senior position, you must have:
minimum of 10 years successful Transfer Agency experience, ideally in a service provider environment
strong experience/ exposure to AML requirements
client management experience
previous people management experience is a must
fluent written and spoken English
German, French and other European languages are an advantage
PC literate
