UBS is a client-driven global financial services firm. Corporate Center partners with the business divisions to ensure that the firm operates as an effective and integrated whole with a common vision and set of values.

The program manager is responsible for program execution across all APAC locations in close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders in the various locations (70%). Attraction and Selection of talents is conducted in close collaboration with Campus Recruiting in all phases of planning, marketing events and recruiting.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Initiate, oversee the graduate planning process, monitor development progress of the program participants and manage transition and integration of graduates into post program positions with the business and HR stakeholders
• Manage all matters of the program, line managers and program participants related to the execution of the programs and development
• Perform quality assurance and continues improvement of process in close co-operation with campus recruiting
• Lead implementation of global training elements (e.g. Welcome event, strategy days, networking events etc) in the region with HR and business stakeholders
• Support the business to coordinate cross regional business specific training and development measures and facilitation of graduate development trainings & events 

Requirements:

Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:

• Ability to drive the graduate development topic with stakeholders across all divisions in the region (HR and business)
• Strong relationship management skills, team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizing and planning skills; basic experience in project management (process and tool) and strong desire for conceptual work
• Likes to work in a regional and global team and is willing to work off business hours from time to time
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
