The Role

Bloomberg's Corporate IT department is looking for an enthusiastic and hard working candidate for our Hong Kong Team. You will be working with the global Information Systems group to provide the front line technical support for our internal businesses.

Responsibilities include the provision of reliable IT communication and critical services to Asia Pacific users, to plan, implement and to evaluate IT strategies, policies & procedures. To sustain a reliable IT infrastructure to implement routine monitoring, administrative work for the server, networking, telephone systems, email system and desktop applications support. You will be working closely with your team members in rolling out relevant processes and best practices across the team. Additionally, project work and opportunities to work with our server and network infrastructure team will be provided.

Qualifications

- University Graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Strong interest in Information Technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with a flexible approach
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft OS and applications, and mobile technology
- Knowledge in Cisco & Nortel data & voice products is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage
