The CRM team is currently looking for a Business Support Manager based in London or New York.

Macquarie Securities Group encompasses Macquarie's Institutional and Corporate stockbroking, equity derivatives and equity finance capabilities. It utilises its skills in research and risk management to originate equity-based financial solutions and products and services for clients, globally.

The CRM team is currently looking for a Business Support Manager based in London or New York to drive initiatives with Macquarie Securities' global account management system. This role is part of the account management team responsible for providing support to our global business and will interface with the core team based in Hong Kong and Sydney. In this position, you will provide ongoing business support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including managing user access and dealing with report requests. You will identify system enhancements and process flows, perform user acceptance testing, develop and maintain system documentation and conduct training with local users. This is an opportunity to further develop your understanding of the equities business, build relationships with IT and management and be integral to a dynamically changing environment with the opportunity to make a difference and enhance your career.

To be successful you will have:

  • experience in a CRM Business Support or Business Analyst role, preferably within the finance industry
  • familiarity with data warehousing, business intelligence reporting tools and cube analysis (MS Reporting services experience advantageous)
  • a university degree in a relevant discipline
  • excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise work
  • communication and relationship building skills,
  • drive and show a passion to succeed
