With an increased focus on establishing a more comprehensive Fixed Income Settlements for the Singapore office; our client is looking to hire an experienced candidate to join their growing team as a Manager, to lead the Fixed Income Settlements team.

Reporting to the Director of the Operations, you will be responsible for the managing of the team and ensures the Fixed Income and related Proprietary and Agency traded Equity transactions are duly executed in a timely manner. You will handle the end-to-end settlement of trades for fixed income and have additional responsibility for optimizing funding procedures, reducing the operational risk and controlling reconciliation for overall aspects of operations.

The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with excellent people management skills at both macro and micro levels and has significant exposures to the Fixed Income Operations in the European and US region. You will have a minimum of 7 years of direct experience in running an operations team within an investment bank or brokerage firm. Strong product knowledge in Cash Equity, Equity Derivatives or Fixed Income is required.
